The director will have an outstanding opportunity in applying his/her entrepreneurship and commitment, his/her experience, established contacts, expertise and knowledge of the Consultancy and Business & Technology Solutions.
Reporting into the UK Partner heading Consultancy & Solutions, the Director will have to develop his/her own business activities, clients, building his/her team within a firm that has been operating internationally for the past 15 years.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Build a team of 10 to 25 IT associates over a 12- to 24-month period.
- Generate £1m in the first 12 months of business, and new business growing by 20% on a yearly basis
- Manage the consultants (HR, timesheet, training, appraisals)
- Ensure delivery of the projects at clients’ place and monitor clients’ contacts
- Document your business offering - full pack down to sales battle card, marketing papers
- Structure, document and provide access to information obtained from our workflow tools (TargetRecruit | SalesForce )
- Seek, assess, understand and reply to business opportunities
- Strive to grow your business / practice including consultancy services and IT solutions selection to integration
Required Skills:
- Over 10 years’ professional experience, ideally including 3 years in business development or any other business environment involving contact with clients.
- Understanding of Consultancy and Solutions / IT ecosystem.
- Strong leadership, engagement, ambition and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Recognition for your self-direction, excellent work ethic and ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
