We are looking for an Application Support engineer to work on our client's Risk Management Platform.
Role and responsibilities:
Systems support. Ensure the integrity of all systems:
- Ensure the integrity of all systems
- Develop good relations with the business (FO, MO/Risk, BO), follow relationships with third parties
- System support for linear, fx, securitization, credit, and non-linear product lines: Orchestrate, Summit, and Murex among others [not exhaustive]. This includes after-office support for nightly batch processes when applicable as well as miscellaneous processes or actions that can be done during non-business hours, or special operations like upgrades or BCP
- Provide technical solutions for user or management requests
- Conduct feasibility studies, and systems design and make recommendations on the appropriate action to be taken
- Follow up on special requests from management
Required skills and experience:
- IT Support function for credit and rates business area
- Project management and people management experience
- Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Visio, Power Point, Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Management of people and capacity of the team members.
- Knowledge of credit and rates business lines
- Knowledge of US Treasuries
- Knowledge of linear and nonlinear products
- Knowledge of FX products
- Experience with business continuity (Disaster Recovery)
- Familiar with information systems functional and business processes
Desired skills and experience:
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to analyze and summaries information
- Ability to work autonomously
- Comfortable in working with multiple teams across locations with excellent inter-personal skills

The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$190,000
