Senior Back-End Developer

We are looking for a SENIOR BACK-END DEVELOPER, based in our MÁLAGA office

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be collaborating in projects for software development using Agile techniques, accountable for the design, testing and maintenance of software programs for our applications.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Detail required functionalities, develop the services and operations that form the application and/or integrate these solutions with other components of other applications.

  • Draw up all the technical documentation required in accordance with the Group's Development Policies and the stipulations of the solution design.

  • Certify the software produced and the integration of its components with others or third parties, carrying out the certification cycles defined in the testing strategy.

  • Package of solutions for the correct deployment of SW in the different work environments or collaborate with DevOps.

  • Identify training, upskilling or re-profiling needs required to maintain technical competences - Processes optimization in software development.

EXPERIENCE

Essential:

  • 4-5 years of experience using the required technologies.

  • 1-2 years of experience as a team leader.

Nice to have:

  • In migration of monolithic application to new architectures/technologies

  • In TDD/BDD practices

  • In Cybersecurity tolls (HP fortify, Qualys,..)

  • Banking projects

EDUCATION

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Essential:

  • Java (8 and 11, deep understanding of java core) with Spring boot and Spring Batch and Spring Cloud Stream.

  • Framework testing: Junit, Mockito, Postman

  • Kafka (Event Driven Architecture)

  • BBDD: Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis

  • Continuous Integration: Git, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube

  • Web applications Servers/containers: Websphere and Openshift,

  • Fluent Spanish (native or B2, C1)

Nice to have:

  • APIs (REST & SOAP & Open API; software design patterns)

  • Python language

  • Control-m Tool

  • Knowledge in cloud public (Azure, AWS,..)

  • Spring Boot

  • Fluent English (B2, C1)

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Seeking for new challenges, new technologies and programming languages.

  • Ability to work in liquid organizations with strong change adaptability

  • Teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
