Digital Business Analyst

The Digital Marketing Communications Manager creates, plans, implements, manages and reports on all marketing communications, digital marketing initiatives and events. This individual will be responsible for creating consistent, accurate, clear and effective messages across all channels for target business customer audiences, employees and stakeholders.

This role is focused on the creation and execution of strategic objectives via internal and external communications. The role will work on the content marketing team with the Director of Digital Content and Social Media Strategy to ensure tactical and strategic marketing plans are well created, managed and executed.

The successful candidate will provide input for the strategic communications plan and ensure all content is created with the right messages, to the right people, at the right time, via the right channel, to achieve the best ROI.

This role requires advanced stakeholder management. The individual will be confidently able to balance the competing needs of this fast growing dynamic business, and all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of digital marketing communication to effectively represent our brand, products and services to our customers, markets or other external groups.
- Create, manage and execute B2B content strategies on various digital channels including website, email marketing and communications, press releases, social media and video.
- Develop multi-media packages and promotions (e.g. brochures, webinars, advertising, trade exhibits, etc.) for products & services.
- Develop B2B customer-focused messaging and positioning strategies.
- Develop marketing and content strategy plans including distribution channels, tactics and timing.
- Copywriting for various marketing materials, including white papers, product sheets, brochures, banners, fact sheets, emails, newsletters, social media posts and blog posts, etc.
- The individual will be responsible for the design and production of various publications and digital marketing collateral.. Tasks may include research, writing, editing and working with outside writers, designers, printers and other vendors.

- 5+ years of communications or digital marketing experience.
- Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing or communications studies.
- Marketing and digital experience with a B2B or B2C services company.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent writing, editing and research skills, with superior knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and style (Canadian Press).
- Strong attention to detail, taking pride in delivering on commitments.
- Strong people, time and project management skills.
- Proactive, innovative, creative, positive, articulate and professional.
- Analytical and intellectually curious, seeking to understand root causes.
- Effective communicator, able to synthesize data and information so that it tells a compelling story that resonates with target audiences.

Note: Location can be remote(Canada) or Toronto area.
