Project & Delivery Lead

Each Talan consultant will join one of our two divisions: IT Consulting or Business Consulting and will be working at our client sites.

We are looking for a Project & Delivery Lead to support our client a US-leading financial Institution in building a market-leading banking platform.

We are looking for someone with lots of energy that enjoys challenges, has a passion to deliver high-quality Expertise, and is able to operate in a highly fluid, rapidly changing environment. If that's you, we would like to hear from you. You are expected to contribute to the vision, understand our client's product roadmap, integrate the business value with experience.

Role and Responsability

• Ensuring prioritization and alignment of the Lending roadmap
• Clear and transparent communication of roadmap priorities to the organization to ensure all teams are working in tandem towards common business goals
• Establishing operating model, quarterly program increment planning events, agile rituals, organization and governance across Product, Engineering and other teams
• Drive analysis and assessments for new business initiatives and products
• Create holistic plans for complex projects and manage the project through to delivery
• Manage senior stakeholder communications, including surfacing risks and influencing resolution and decision making

• Fast learner, ability to navigate the organization and get up to speed quickly on key topics

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of industry experience
• Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred
