Talan International is expanding its team and looking for a Power Platform Project Manager to join their dynamic Smart Automation Team in Singapore.
Your role:
As part of our Smart Automation Team, you will engage multiple clients across major industry (Energy, Financial Service, etc.) and you will assist them by addressing the best solution according to their needs. As a Power Platform Project Manager you will be working mainly with Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power BI, Power App, Power Automate, etc.), Office 365, Nintex, Azure and Dynamics.
As a Power Platform Project Manager within our Smart Automation Team, your role will involve:
- Understanding client need and developing automation strategies,
- Undertaking requirements gathering (both process and technical),
- Supporting the full lifecycle of delivery project,
- Participating in design, development and implementation of the platform,
- Working with stakeholders at all levels (senior stakeholders, our Group and third parties),
- Being a part of the change management and incorporating it into the implementation of automation strategies,
- Coordinating effectively diverse teams based in various locations,
- Proving support and training for end users,
- Regular innovation monitoring (tech & process).
Experience/Skills required:
- Ability and proven experience in managing from small to large teams (locally and abroad)
- Experience working with agile and iterative delivery methods,
- Ability to analyse and understand business problems,
- Proven skills and professional experience with the Microsoft Power Platform application development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents),
- Experience with Microsoft Azure products and services and DevOps,
- SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 development experience (including analysis, design, development and deployment),
- Microsoft technologies including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Visual Studio, SQL Server,
- Exposure to web technologies including HTML 5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, Angular and/or React JS,
- Knowledge of Low Code Platforms, microservices and API development.
- Being fluent in Mandarin will be a plus
