Each Talan consultant will join one of our two divisions: IT Consulting or Business Consulting and will be working at our client sites.

Talan US is a rapidly growing IT and Business Consulting firm in the Financial Industry, and we are expanding our team to meet demand!

The successful candidate will have experience effectively recruiting in the IT / Finance domain and will join our US Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment and develop creative and innovative strategies for sourcing and acquiring top talents
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective talent in order to establish networks in the industry to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Screening candidates on the phone, video calls, and in-person assessing their suitability for the interview and establishing their salary expectations, availability, and their right work status for the relevant location
  • Update and maintain a database of suitable talents to meet future hiring needs
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up with candidates
  • Source both active and passive candidates through referrals, LinkedIn, social networks, job boards, networking events, and in-depth market research
  • Maintain job postings on various websites
  • Develop and maintain relationships with finance, business, and engineering schools, including organizing job fairs
  • Maintain online technical tests, plus administer to candidates as needed
  • Liaise with sales team regarding leads/pipeline and potential candidates
  • Initiate and manage recruitment campaigns

Required Qualifications

The candidate must be authorized to work in the US.

  • Minimum 2years of experience in recruiting, managing the full-cycle hiring process, especially in the IT / Finance domain
  • Demonstrated ability to source, identify, and screen potential candidates with a focus on making quality long-term hires
  • Passionate about the thrill of the hunt and does not rely solely on job postings to get the job done
  • Good written and verbal communication in English in a professional / business context
  • Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organization and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work collaboratively while still able to work autonomously
  • French fluency is a plus
