- Daily monitoring of job statuses and troubleshooting
Provide Level 2 and 3 support wherever applicable
Fulfill change management process and deploy code changes
Quality Assurance for new enhancements
Setup automated scheduler
Perform infrastructure upgrades and patching
User request management
Provide monitoring and support during maintenance and infrastructure weekends
Perform problem analysis on incidents, identify root cause and provide workarounds
Enhance monitoring and controls on applications and identify opportunities to automate
Ability to read code and develop intermediate-level scripts and programs to support complex applications
Ability to work with APIs and write programs to develop or call existing APIs
Coordinate with teams in Bangalore, Paris, Canada and the USA
Manage communication and expectations with business users
Ability to prioritize production issues based on business impact and urgency
Ensure production environment is stable with minimal impact on business
- Experience using scripting languages (PowerShell, Batch, Unix, and etc.)
Experience with relational databases
Agile development experience
Programming background in object-oriented language such as C#/Java
CI/CD experience is a plus (Docker)
Knowledge in financial industry is a plus
FRM and/or ITIL Certification a plus
Bilingual English and French required
