Talan UK is expanding its team we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Role – Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

This a new role that will partner with both the business and the recruitment team to take responsibility for sourcing, reviewing and managing our end to end recruitment process.

Your passion and energy as well as your knowledge and experience are key to being successful in this role.

You will:

 Be responsible for the end to end recruitment process.

 Work closely with the business to understand the recruitment needs, and ensure that recruitment processes are effective to meet these requirements

 Work with the Head of HR Operations to ensure that information required for prospective employee offers is complete including right to work activities

 Manage recruitment administration; scheduling and managing interviews and assessments. Reviewing applications, pre-screen candidates and other screening activities for prospective employees.

 Leverage your own network and use of social media platforms to build pipelines of talent and promote Talan UK

 Be knowledgeable and keep abreast of trends in the employment marketplace e.g. good practice, competitor activity and industry skills

You are

 Experienced in delivering a successful end to end talent acquisition/resourcing process experience.

 Knowledgeable in sourcing talent and maintaining a healthy pipeline of high calibre talent who are both a cultural fit and have the right technical expertise.

 Confident in sourcing hard to fill position or niche roles.

 A creative thinker who employs innovative methods and can take an active role in the overall recruitment strategy.

 A strong communicator with the ability to proactively network and build great working relationships

 Excited by technology, data and financial services

We offer

 Salary depending on experience

 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday + 5 days to buy/sell = potential 38 days holiday a year
