Responsibilities
- Collect specifications and follow development: Code review, best practices and guideline respect.
- Improve standards and best practices already in place
- Support technical team in the request and incident management
- Control and monitor performance with DEV
- Collaborate with project manager during Plan and Build phase
- Ensure transition between project and operational maintenance
- Mentor engineers based in nearshore.
Required experience :
- 5 years of experience as CRM Dynamics Developer.
- Good Experience as a Customizer.
- Good Experience as an Administrator.
- Good knowledge with CRM On-premise and Cloud.
- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) would be a plus.
- Team Foundation Server (Build and Release).
- Experienced with Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
- Good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken).

- Excellent relationship skills, capable of coordinating different partners within the different teams (internal and external;
- Knowledge of project processes and exploitation constraints and the associated quality standards associated with them;
- Interest in humanitarian action;
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
