As a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will work with diverse clients delivering consulting & technology services to help them shape their data strategy and develop phased implementations, turning data into actionable insights and results driving tangible competitive advantages.
- Develop a pragmatic Data Strategy and a comprehensive / phased implementation plan
- Develop a Data Governance and its phased implementation plan, integrating regulatory obligations (US)
- Collect business needs and create specifications
- Specify use cases
- Create the project structure (agile, waterfall, hybrid) and perform the related services (scope, resource, timeline, quality, risk, cost)
- Report project status to the project / steering committee
- Communicate with Business and IT sponsors
- Manage Issues & Risks
- Organize and perform workshops with key Business & IT stakeholders
- Be involved in all aspects of the Project life-cycle, including Strategy, Road-Mapping, Architecture, Implementation and Development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree / MBA (pref. Finance)
- Leadership: trusted / expert, reliable and accountable
- Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility: management of multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and ideally in another language (ex. French)
Competencies
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- Excellent knowledge of the US market
- Proven track record of successful delivery of complex Data, regulatory reporting projects for major clients in the Financial Sector (CIB, Asset & Wealth Management, Insurance, Payment Management)
- Successful multi-disciplinary direct / indirect team management
- Deep knowledge of the key technical concepts and architectures related to ESG, Data, Analytics and AI (cloud and hybrid)
