For an ongoing project we are looking to reinforce the team with a data migration manager. The project aims to replace a Microsoft Dynamics ERP and satellite applications by a combination of a SAP ERP and a Salesforce workforce management system.
The initial priority is to assist the different business stakeholders and IT teams to get the necessary data ETL’s to enable testing and change management.
Next priority will be to assist the different teams with the data integrations (interfaces).
Lastly you would take up the responsibility for the transition plan and ensure that the Go-Live is prepared and executed flawlessly.
Manage the data migration team
Establish and follow-up the plan for all data related activities
Establish relationships with all data stakeholders: business for cleaning, interpretation & validation; different IT teams to provide extracts, execute the transformations and/or load the data
Report to business and IT program managers
Responsible for all data related activities & data quality
Bridge the different teams (Middleware, SAP, Salesforce,…) with assistance of the architecture team to ensure all interfaces are operational
Responsible for flawless GoLive through planning and coordination
