- Hogere opleiding (Master of Bachelor) met technische/engineering of bedrijfseconomische achtergrond.
- Communicatievaardigheden en ervaring met teamwork en projectgericht werken.
- Kennis van bedrijfsprocessen in het algemeen en van deze van de Vlaamse overheid in het bijzonder (na inwerkperiode)
- Minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Sterk communicatie- en analysegericht.
