At Talan Spain we are looking for a person to cover the position of "Manager of Talent Attraction & Selection", to join our team in Málaga.
This position will be based in our Málaga Office in the Technogical Park (Spain).
The "Manager of Talent Attraction & Selection" will be responsible of:
- Leadership of the Talent Attraction team
- Designing and implemention of new strategies for Talent Attraction
- Implement of improvements in the existing recruitment processes
- Provide training programms for the Team members
- Build and maintain a talent attraction ecosystem with Universities, Instititutes, Headhunters, Recruitment agencies, between others
Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in IT Recruitment (Technological profiles)
- Experience in international & multicultural environment
- Consulting companies experience is a plus
- Proficient English (bilingual)
- Proficient Spanish (native)
- Team leadership
