What are we looking for?
We are looking for a PM with large experience in Corporate Banking and liquidity regulation.
Functions:
For processes and procedures, conduct Meeting with ALMT and project manager in order to ensure the transfer of documentation from Current Operating Model to Target Operating model
Concerning trainings, need to follow up the training provided by ALMT. Prepare and write operational guides and help the team to produce the tasks from Madrid.
Ensure proper enhancement and automation to improve the processes in Madrid. Ensure aftercare once the tasks are transferred to Madrid.
Ensure that the entire documentation requested by Project Management team are dully fulfilled: Knowledge Transfer Trackers, Training plan feedback Opco etc…
Provide support to the team to replicate the tasks performed in Paris from Madrid.
Help the team in getting all the accesses and database to perform the job.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in Corporate Banking is a must.
- good knowledge of liquidity regulation
- reporting and KPIs
- expertise in Excel and Power Point
- high level of English, min C1.
