In the Risk & Credits tribe, the risk cluster is in charge of the set-up of the risk data and calculation infrastructure.

The aim of the projects is to improve the Risk Infrastructure: further consolidate risk calculations in a single calculator in order to better enable model implementation, integration and to reduce costs through simplification and reuse.

The analyst is business analyst for an in-house application used to monitor credit risk on commercial real estate projects.

The application enables the account manager to introduce the project details and prepare the credit committee. Once the credit is granted, the application enables the account manager to update progress on construction and sales. This enables the Risk department to monitor credit risk.

The in-house application also enables the Risk department to manage the commercial real estate portfolio. The application also ensures regulatory reporting for commercial real estate financing by the client.
