The role requires acting as a Proxy Product Owner and Project Manager. You will manage a squad of around 18 people, leading meetings with relevant departments, prioritizing requirements, and conveying them to the Agile development team in the form of User Stories. You will also participate in defining the multi-year investment strategy for the bank's Receivables product. The role involves proposing technological and operational solutions for new products, identifying the necessary team for solution execution, and estimating the associated project costs. Effective communication with key stakeholders, including Operations, Business, technology teams, and Management. You will also act as the Project Manager Office (PMO) for the product, tracking both operational and technological transformation. The goal is to become an expert in the Receivables product as well as its operational and technological management, ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines and economic execution.
- Minimum of 6 years of prior experience as a project manager.
- Engineering/Graduate/Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Previous experience working with internal bank teams such as IG, ACO, Accounting, Back Office, and Reporting.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience in generating documentation and presentations, particularly related to tracking progress.
- Prior experience with Back Office systems, especially LoanIQ, at a user level is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial products related to Supply Chain Finance is highly valued.
