As a Junior Analyst for our client's in-house IAM software, your will join our client's IAM Team helping to set up new App integrations, giving support by applying the change requests received and helping to solve any issues or incidents in our IAM service.

What will you be doing?

  • Participation in the IAM team tasks, defining and configuring new integrations.
  • Participation in the evolutions of the App Integrations Model applying new business needs.
  • Coordinating with the Functional IAM Team in order to define the right Authorization Model for app Integrations.
  • Assisting the IAM Functional Lead.
  • Providing N2 Support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets.
  • Collaborate in the execution of the agile methodology of product development.

What are we looking for?

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 years of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Experience in IAM software administration and support.
  • General Technical skills regarding IAM.
  • Agile Tools Experience: Kanban, Jira, Confluence Service Now.
  • B2 English and fluency Spanish.
