WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our international team is currently seeking for a Experienced Data Scientist with good level experience working closely with missions related to contribute to the transformation and continuous evolution of the platforms that supports big company units' Regulatory and Controls (RAC) domain.

You will be part of an international technical unit of a globally recognized bank, and your team will be multicultural so having a good command of English as a common language would be essential.

Your profile will be essential here as you will be part of:

- Proposing software designs for applications or components applying agreed standards, patterns and tools. Ability to understand complex architectures with a wide range of technologies which need to talk each other.

- Disposition to do what it takes to ensure the team accomplishes its goals.

- Contributes towards technical requirements of all the products/features.

- Among others!

Essential Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge around Cloud Computing environments.
• Knowledge of the principles of machine learning and MLOps
• Demonstrated experience with SQL, R or a comparableprogramming language (such as Python, SAS, SPSS, or MATLAB)
• Agile methodologies and tools: Jira, Confluence, GIT.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science business, developing end-to-end data solutions
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with focus hypothesis formulation and testing.
• Strong evidence of leveraging analytics to drive business results.
• Exceptional working ethics, critical thinking skills and attention to details.
• Ability to work both autonomously and together with a multi-skilled distributed team.
• Strategical thinking, Innovative attitude to challenge status quo
• Great written and verbal communication skills dealing with highly technical subjects.

It will be definitely a plus counting with:

• Familiarity with Model Risk Management concept is a plus!
• Familiarity with Corporate & Investment Banking Business or Payments is a plus
• Familiarity with Anti Money Laundering is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts
