  • Establishing and enforcing PMO methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
  • Monitoring allocation of project resources to optimize utilization and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Assisting Project Managers in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Tracking project progress and performance against established metrics and milestones, identifying and addressing deviations as necessary.
  • Monitoring potential risks and issues identified during project execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collecting and consolidating regular project status reports from various project streams to provide visibility into project performance.
  • Coordinating and facilitating collaboration among different project streams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.
  • Capturing and storing project data in respective tools and ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with multi-stream and multi-site implementation projects, demonstrating the ability to manage complexity and coordinate across diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, particularly in the context of multi-stream and multi-site initiatives, to ensure effective project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ability to manage and monitor project resources and finances, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Ability to work under pressure with resilience and robustness, adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges while maintaining focus on project objectives.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex information clearly, and drive projects to successful completion within established timelines and budget constraints.
