For one of our clients in the food & beverage sector, leader in the sector, we are looking for an experience Product Manager.

As a Product Manager for the Onsite Connectivity portfolio, under the leadership of the CTO, you will drive the formation and day-to-day execution of their products.

You will lead a team of 3 regional product owners, guiding them in defining, realizing, and evolving the Onsite Connectivity product roadmap.

What you will be doing?

  • Product Strategy and Vision
    • Develop and maintain an up-to-date product brief, product vision, and key results definition for measuring value creation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Roadmap Development
    • Regularly review the product roadmap with stakeholders to demonstrate value creation.
    • Design, define, and formalize Initiatives, Epics, and User Stories to ensure continuous value creation and roadmap relevance.
  • Portfolio Management
    • Prioritize day-to-day portfolio backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and the team.
    • Lead the team of regional product owners in executing the roadmap effectively.
  • Initiative Management
    • Directly manage global Onsite Connectivity initiatives as required, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Incident Management
    • Act as a point of escalation in case of business-critical product incidents, providing leadership and resolution.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of network technologies such as Local Area Networks (LAN), WiFi, and network infrastructure.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product-based organizations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a global context.
