We are seeking a talented Production Support Engineer to join our team and work on Equity IT projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FIX messages, order routing, and client onboarding.

Role and responsibilities

  • Main responsibility will be working with clients to onboard them into our FIX trading platform and provide ongoing support to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with clients as well as the Trading Desk to understand their FIX onboarding requirements and configure FIX settings to meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FIX connectivity, Onboarding, and working with Internal as well as External teams if required.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that FIX onboarding and Production support are in line with the Business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of Client Onboarding and production support activities and update knowledge base/wiki on a regular basis.
  • Work with external software vendors that have integrated with our systems, or vice versa
  • Coordinate the release of new applications and FIX configurations and enhancements with external clients
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience working with FIX protocols with a deep understanding of FIX messages and order routing.
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary range for this role is US$75,000 - US$100,000
