Share value

Here, managers have the opportunity to become shareholders in the company. 200 managers are now co-responsible for Group strategy. In 2022, Talan will open up its capital to all its employees.

ENCOURAGE RESEARCH

€10 million was invested in research & innovation in 2020!
With more than 60 PhDs or PhD students on our projects, the Talan group has always aimed to put technology at the service of people.

It is in this human-oriented vision that the teams of the Research and Innovation division, in collaboration with an ecosystem of stakeholders (employees, customers, partners) have initiated discussions on projects around frugal artificial intelligence, the challenges of responsible digital technology, the carbon impact of business travel and modelling the role of "alternative" transport on peak traffic and the impact on greenhouse gas emissions

Research and innovation at Talan also means innovative partnerships such as that with AiiNTENSE to provide essential decision support tools in resuscitation.

COMITTING TO A MORE SUSTAINABLE SOCIETY

Convinced that companies have a major role to play in building a more sustainable world, Talan has been involved since its inception in a large number of societal initiatives on themes such as inclusion, the presence of Women in Digital, employee well-being, etc

In a desire to increase and structure our positive impact, we have defined our Raison d’Être and an ambitious CSR strategy. Talan and its employees are committed through various measures such as excellence interviews, skills sponsorship, the Giverny Forum, the fresco climate workshops, the support of the IMPACT platform, the Paris Dauphine and science chair, etc.

CONSTANTLY ADAPTING OUR ORGANISATION

All employees are eligible for teleworking and may have a maximum of five days of teleworking

Talan has always adapted to new ways of organising work, such as by implementing a teleworking charter before the health crisis

A true digital workplace, we provide our Talan’s with the tools and equipment needed to work and collaborate remotely: Suite O365, Klaxoon, Workplace, etc.

BEING A GREAT PLACE TO WORK ACROSS THE GLOBE

82% of our employees say that Talan is a great place to work

In 2022, Talan will consolidate its position in the Top 5 companies where it is great to work in France, taking 3rd place in the “Great Place to Work France ranking, in the category of companies with 1,000 to 2,500 employees. Winner for the 8th consecutive year, the Group will confirm its position as a great place to work. Thanks to anonymous feedback from our employees, we build and adjust our HR strategy every year.

The Great Place to Work approach has been deployed in all our countries since 2020.

STRENGTHENING THE DIVERSITY OF OUR TEAMS

Our goal is to cultivate a fulfilling and inclusive work environment for our employees, enabling them to grow and meet our customers’ needs.

We are committed to promoting the inclusion of employees with disabilities, professional diversity and the diversity of the profiles we recruit. Through our partnerships, such as with "Femmes du Numérique", or our mentoring programme with PWN, we support gender diversity: 34% of our workforce are women.

Equal opportunities also involve the possibility of changing jobs and training in digital professions. This is why Talan has launched the Reconversion Pathway which allows people interested in the IT sector to become a PMO and AMOA consultant.

ENABLING ENTREPREUNARIAL DEVELOPMENT

Whether through the opening of an office in Bordeaux by three of our employees, the creation and coordination of communities, the launch of a climate project or the construction of offers for the Group, our examples of entrepreneurship projects are numerous.

Our Talan’s can also participate in cross--functional projects, such as the Raison d’être and CSR steering committees.

ENCOURAGE INTERNAL PROMOTION

Our opportunities are varied, and many employees have remarkable backgrounds such as Thibault who started his career at Talan as a manager for a customer in the Energy sector, then he took part in the Talan establishment in Lyon and Switzerland. He is now a member of the Executive Committee and CEO of the Talan Labs entity. Other profiles are to be discovered such as those of Pierre or Grégory.

As a learning company, Talan offers several cross-cutting training courses to promote a common DNA, as well as a wide catalogue of training and certifications.

Through our Boost Your Talan programme, we offer our employees the opportunity to highlight their career path and accelerate the development of their skills, thanks to exceptional training, for diploma or certification purposes, co-financed by Talan.

OFFERING OPPORTUNITIES TO OUR EMPLOYEES

Through its growth strategy, the Talan group aims to double its headcount. Setting up in new countries, developing our presence in the regions, etc. These are all opportunities for developing new skills, technologies, offers and career paths.
