C# Production Support Engineer (Long Term Contract)
5+ exp of .Net Development required. If person has App Support/ Production Support exp along with C# then can consider less than 5+years too
- Should be willing to work in Production support
- Should have exposure to handling performance issues in the application
- Experience in Microsoft technologies (.Net, SQL server)
- Exposure to cloud platform (Docker, Microservices)
- Exposure to support process (Incident, Release, Alert & Monitoring, Problem Management)
- Should have good problem-solving aptitude
- Good oral and written communication skills with customer/ stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in handling the risk platform for a transactional system will be added advantage"
