We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our client's Futures Technology Team, a global team providing technology services to the Futures business, in a DevOps environment.
The team is managing multiple Listed Derivatives e-Trading platforms, delivering key client and regulatory / exchange-driven projects – helping help our global business and its customers to succeed. The Futures technology team manages and maintains a combination of external vendor platforms and internally developed systems. The eTrading platforms cover all areas of eTrading, from client order entry through the order messages on global exchanges, Pre & Post Trade Risk, and Allocation services.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support Production Environment
- Automate production support processes and/ or repetitive tasks
- Participate in the development of new functionalities
Required Skills
- Mn 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Linux/UNIX experience
- Python, C# hands-on experience
- SQL hands-on experience
- Knowledge in electronic trading (Fixed Income, FX, or Equities - ideally Futures)
Desired skills
- FIX Protocol hands-on experience
- Strong communication skills (this role communicates directly with the Trading Desk and the internal Technology teams)

The salary range for this role is US$90,000 - US$150,000
