Finalisation d'un outil de travail des Train Drivers : outil d'affichage de données nécessaire à la préparation et à la conduite des trains + intégration dans une boîte à outil (appli) des Train Drivers + coordination de l’expérimentation de Sirius next clé en main (Driver Advisor System
La mission :
• Assurer le leadership des projets aussi bien côté IT que métier
• Mise en place de la gouvernance projet, le suivi de la bonne exécution du projet et de ses livrables, l’organisation des tests, les formations métiers et techniques et la mise en place du Run.
• Suivi et prévisions budgétaires (capex/opex)
• coordonner les relations et besoins entre le business et l'IT,
• Suivre la mise à disposition de leur planning aux développeurs • Estimation / priorisation / Planification des besoins
• Suivi de la livraison des besoins
• Coordination des besoins Business / IT
• Organisation / Coordination des recettes
• Finalisation des déploiements avec le Business
• Mise en place des contrats
• Mise en place de KPI
• Reporting au responsable Production et Voyage
• Reporting au sponsor des projets
• Aide à l’organisation de la formation
• Suivi des risques • REX (retour d’expérience post projet)
