We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of SQL and SAQL to join our team. This role is pivotal in leading projects for management, transition, and migration within the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented professional with a demonstrated track record of successful Salesforce solution implementations.


What would you be doing?

  • Salesforce Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring proper and efficient configuration to meet client requirements.

  • Project Management: collaborate with the PM to drive projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Data Transition and Migration: Plan and execute data transition and migration processes effectively and securely, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

  • Analysis and Optimization: Conduct detailed analysis of current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization within the Salesforce environment.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrable experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration, preferably with Salesforce certifications.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and SAQL for data querying and analysis within Salesforce.

  • Experience in project management, from planning to execution and delivery.

  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, interacting with different teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Proactiveness, analytical skills, and ability to efficiently solve problems.
