As a Microservices Developer focusing on the Gluon API lifecycle, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and deployment of microservices to support our API ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Spring Boot, following the CLEAN architecture pattern, and a strong understanding of API lifecycle, governance, and REST design patterns (OpenAPI 3.x).
What would you be doing?
- Develop and implement microservices using Java Spring Boot, adhering to the CLEAN architecture pattern.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design API lifecycle processes.
- Implement and maintain API lifecycle governance, including versioning and documentation (OpenAPI 3.x).
- Utilize Github Actions for seamless deployment of microservices.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Create and maintain documentation using Markdown for clear and concise communication.
- Ensure code quality and security using tools such as Sonar and Fortify.
- Test and validate APIs using Postman for accurate functionality.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in developing microservices with Java Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of API lifecycle management, governance, and REST design patterns (OpenAPI 3.x).
- Proficiency in Github Actions for continuous integration and deployment.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for database interaction and management.
- Experience with Markdown for documentation purposes.
- Familiarity with code quality tools such as Sonar and Fortify.
- Ability to create and execute API tests using Postman.
Desired Skills (Optional):
- Familiarity with Darwin for microservices development.
- Knowledge of OAUTH2, OIDC, and JWT Authentication.
